Access to the Toll Free Calling Database allows CLEC to access SBC- 12STATE’s 800 database for the purpose of switch query and database response. Access to the Toll Free Calling Database supports the processing of toll free calls (e.g., 800 and 888) where identification of the appropriate carrier (800 Service Provider) to transport the call is dependent upon the full ten digits of the toll free number (e.g., 1+800+NXX+XXXX). Access to the Toll Free Calling Database includes all 800-type dialing plans (i.e., 800, 888, and other codes as may be designated in the future).
