Access to Trust Systems and Trust Background Materials. Subject to Clause 3.5, the Trust shall upon receiving reasonable notice from Holmusk Persons and at no cost to the Holmusk Persons use reasonable endeavours to provide access for the Holmusk Persons (during Normal Working Hours) to the relevant data in the Trust's data warehouse as stipulated by Holmusk Persons and Trust Background Materials (including documents relating to clinical pathways, and standard operating procedures (which will be held by Holmusk confidentially and not shared onwards) and provide copies thereof to the Holmusk Persons, if requested by the Holmusk Persons, in each case, that are relevant or connected to'the Holmusk Persons' performance of the Deployment Services as reasonably determined by the Holmusk Persons. To the extent required, the Trust shall be responsible for obtaining consent for Holmusk to access Trust Systems and Trust Background Materials and for controlling outputs and analysis in a manner consistent with applicable Trust and NHS policies and practices.

  • General The Trustee shall keep proper books of record and account of all the transactions of each Trust under this Indenture at its corporate trust office, including a record of the name and address of, and the Units issued by each Trust and held by, every Unit holder, and such books and records of each Trust shall be open to inspection by any Unit holder of such Trust at all reasonable times during the usual business hours. The Trustee shall make such annual or other reports as may from time to time be required under any applicable state or federal statute or rule or regulations thereunder.
