Access to University Equipment. The Union shall have access to the use of University equipment at reasonable times and after reasonable notice, provided such use does not interfere with the normal operations of the University. The Union shall pay the cost of all materials, supplies, and any other charges incident to such use, including postage, photocopying and telephone.
