Access to University Personnel Files. Each employee shall, upon giving reasonable notice, have access to files compiled by the University and/or its officers, where these files relate to the individual's employment. The employee shall have the right to add written comment to any document, and further shall be provided with photocopies of any documents upon request. The employee shall be responsible for the actual minimum costs of the photocopies.
