Accessibility Standards for Customer Service. The Supplier shall ensure that any of its employees or agents and any of the Supplier’s subcontractors’ employees or agents that may provide work, or provide services or goods on behalf of the Counties shall abide by and comply with the Counties’ Accessibility Policy, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 and the Integrated Accessibility Standards (Ontario Regulation 191/11).
Accessibility Standards for Customer Service. Under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, as may be amended from time to time, the successful proponent providing the services contemplated herein shall ensure that every person in relation to this project, who deals with members of the public or other third parties on behalf of the City, or provides goods, services, or facilities on behalf of the City, has received all training required by Section 7 of Ontario Regulation 191/11, Integrated Accessibility Standards.
