Provide Services means to directly or indirectly, own, manage, control, or participate in the ownership, management or control of, or be employed or engaged by, participate in, serve on the board of directors of, consult with, contribute to, hold a security interest in, render services for, give advice to, provide assistance to or be otherwise affiliated or associated with.

You agree that during your employment with the Company and for two years after your employment with the Company terminates for any reason (the “Restricted Period”), you will give the Company ten (10) business days’ written notice of your intention to Provide Services to any other Person that engages in or is preparing to engage in the Business of the Company within the Restricted Area.
