ACCIDENT OF VEHICLE. 6.1 In case of any accident to the vehicle/container, the CARRIER will initiate action as per statutory requirements. Further, the CARRIER will intimate ISRPL and act in accordance with the instructions of ISRPL and will be governed by the internal procedures / documentation of ISRPL which the CARRIER has familiarized himself prior to the commencement of this Agreement.
