Accident/Penalties. The Engineer/Contractor shall report to the Airport Manager any accident involving vehicle or plant under their control where the accident has involved injury or damage to another vehicle, aircraft or airport property; or where there is injury to driver(s) or passenger(s) in the vehicle. The prescribed accident report shall be used for this purpose. Distinction will be made between the following types of accidents:
