Airport Property definition

Airport Property. ’ means an interest in property used or useful in operating and main- taining an airport.

Airport Property means the land upon which any Airport activities occur and, as of the date of this Minimum Standards Ordinance, is further described in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, and the airspace above the Airport Property.

Airport Property means the airport facilities of the City presently known as Manchester Airport and presently located within the corporate boundaries of the City and the Town of Londonderry, together with all buildings and facilities and all equipment, appurtenances, property, rights, easements and interests acquired or leased by the City in connection with the construction or the operation thereof, and all extensions, enlargements, improvements, renewals and replacements thereof hereafter made.
