ACCIDENT PREVENTION HEALTH SAFETY. (The following clauses will appear in all collective agreements replacing any provisions related to Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee and to provision of vaccines to Hepatitis B surface Antigen that existed in the Hospital's expiring collective agreement:) The Hospital and the Union agree that they mutually desire to maintain standards of safety and health in the Hospital in order to prevent accidents, injury and illness.
