ACCIDENT PREVENTION SUPERVISOR. The CMR shall select one or more on-site personnel whose duty shall be site safety and accident prevention. One such person shall be the CMR's Superintendent, or another key personnel member of its on-site project management team unless otherwise designated by the CMR in writing to the Owner and the Owner’s Representative.
