Accidents and Property Damage. The FRANCHISEE shall notify the Environmental Manager of any accidents involving damage to public or private property by the FRANCHISEE's staff or vehicles while performing duties under this agreement within twenty-four (24) hours of occurrence or within twenty-four (24) hours of FRANCHISEE's becoming aware of the damage, whichever occurs first.
