(b)(i) The employer shall arrange and pay for accommodation and lodging in a well kept establishment able to provide breakfast and an evening meal, adequate furnishings together with appropriate bedding, floor coverings, lighting, heating in either a single room or a twin room (if a single room is not available) and with hot and cold running water.
