Common use of Account Disputes Clause in Contracts

Account Disputes. Seller shall notify Purchaser of all Disputes concerning any Purchased Account, and at Purchaser's request Seller shall settle all Disputes concerning any Purchased Account, at Seller's sole cost and expense. Seller shall not, without Purchaser's prior consent, compromise or adjust a Purchased Account or grant any additional discounts, allowances, or credits on a Purchased Account. Purchaser may attempt to settle, compromise, or litigate any Dispute upon such terms, as Purchaser deems advisable.

Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default Purchaser may Resolve such issues with respect to any Account of Seller. 12.
