API USE. Subscriber may use the APIs as and to the extent permitted by Subscriber’s Cloud Plan and the API Documentation, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
API USE. We may offer an application programming interface that provides additional ways to access and use the Service ("API"). Such API is considered a part of the Service, and its use is subject to all these Terms. Without derogating from Sections 5.1 through 5.4 hereof, you may only access and use our API for Customer’s internal business purposes, in order to create interoperability and integration between the Service and other products, services or systems you and/or Customer use internally. When using the API you should follow our relevant developer guidelines. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, your and/or Customer’s access to the API (or any part of it) with or without notice. The API is subject to changes and modifications, and you are solely responsible to ensure that your use of the API is compatible with the current version.
API USE. RPost reserves the right to charge additional fees based on the volume of transactions and data transferred using RPost APIs. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the API that it may be provided to obtain Registered Receipt and other data records before those records are purged from RPost systems according to the timeframes and parameters associated with each service function. RPost reserves the right to restrict or adjust access to APIs.
API USE. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and any other agreement which may be in place between you and Backpack Exchange relating to your use of the API, Backpack Exchange grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license, to use the API solely for the purposes of trading on the Platform. You agree to not use the API or data provided through the API for any other purpose. You agree your access and use of the API shall be entirely at your own risk, and that Backpack Exchange will not be responsible for any liabilities that you incur as a result of the use of the API or actions you take based on the API. Backpack Exchange may, at its sole discretion, set limits on the number of API calls that you can make, for example, to maintain market stability and integrity. You acknowledge and agree that if you exceed these limits, Backpack Exchange may moderate your activity or cease offering you access to the API, each in its sole discretion. Backpack Exchange may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the API without notice if we believe you are in violation of this Agreement or any other agreement which may be in place between you and Backpack Exchange related to your use of the API.
API USE a) The Company grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license without the right to sublicense, to electronically access and use the Company's publicly documented APIs and other Services to initiate User Activity in a manner consistent with this Platform Agreement and documentation provided to you. The Services includes the Company’s APIs and any software, programs, documentation, tools, Internet-based services, components, images and any updates (including software maintenance, service information, help content, bug fixes or maintenance releases) thereto provided to you by the Company. You will be entitled to updates to the API, subject to any additional terms made known to you at that time, when the Company makes these updates available.
b) The license granted by this Agreement is solely for your website or website you choose to offer securities. Customer Platform, and/or application and you may not use it for any personal, family, household purposes. Such license is limited to be used solely for your website, Customer Platform or application and not repackaged or resold by Customer as Customer’s own white label API or software. Customer is not granted a license or right to use, reproduce, translate, rearrange, modify, enhance, display, resell, lease, sublicense or otherwise distribute, transfer of dispose of the API or Services, in whole or in part, to be separately provided by Customer on a white label basis to Customer’s Users. Further, the Services are licensed and not sold and the Company reserves all rights not expressly granted to Customer in this Platform Agreement. Copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property laws protect the APIs. Company owns all right, interest, title and other worldwide intellectual property and proprietary rights in and to the APIs and the Services. Customer owns all right, title and interest in and to the branding and content of the Customer Platform, other than the APIs and Services.
c) You will not, and you will not permit your Users to directly or indirectly: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code or underlying structure, ideas, know-how or algorithms relevant to the APIs or Services or any software, documentation or data related to the Services or API; modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services or the API (except to the extent expressly permitted by the Company); use the Services or API for ...
API USE. If the service plan in your Order Form includes access to the API, then subject to the terms and conditions of this Rider, Ironclad grants to you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable, worldwide, revocable right and license during the Subscription Term to use and make calls to the API to develop, implement, and distribute your own applications solely for use by you and your End Users, in connection with the Services. You may only use the API to initiate Requests as expressly set forth in your Order Form.

API USE. 4.1 You shall use the API in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and such requirements as we or a third-party service provider (if any) may prescribed from time to time in respect of use and access to our API (including trading, technological, licensing and/or security requirements).
4.2 Where you have been disconnected from the API for any reason due to our systems or due to a fault or deliberate change in your external application, you accept that all your orders and instructions given before you were disconnected will remain active and may be executed.
4.3 You shall not, and shall not attempt to (1) interfere with, modify or disable any features, functionality or security controls of the services or the API, (b) defeat, avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate or otherwise circumvent any protection mechanisms for the API and related services; (2) assign, transfer, grant access or use of, disclose or otherwise provide any content of our API to a third party or display data electronically without our express written consent; (3) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or derive source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, structure or organizational form from the API and related services.
4.4 KGI shall have the right to monitor User’s use of the API and may at its discretion without prior notice to restrict your access to, impose limits on, or prohibit use of the API to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement, applicable laws, rules or regulations or for security purposes. KGI shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses whatsoever for such restriction or prohibition.
4.5 You will take appropriate steps to keep, and shall be solely responsible for ensuring that any person authorised to access your account keeps your usernames, passwords and other security information confidential and secure.
4.6 We will assume that anyone who accesses your Account and our API using your usernames, passwords and other security information was authorised by you. You agree to immediately notify us upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of the API.
4.7 We shall not be liable for any loss, liability or cost whatsoever arising from any unauthorised use of our API. We shall have no obligation to verify the validity of any order or instruction sent from you which has been authenticated using your username, password and other security information.
API USE. Any use of the API must be in accordance with all applicable documentation made available by Utimaco and in accordance with any applicable Usage Limitations. Customer acknowledges that Utimaco may suspend, throttle or otherwise limit usage of the API at any time, in its reasonable discretion and with reasonable notice.

Such API is considered a part of the Service, and its use is subject to all these Terms. End User should follow our relevant developer guidelines when using the API. The API is subject to modifications, changes and End User is solely responsible to ensure that his/her use of the API is compatible with the current version. Bites reserves the right, at any time and for any purpose, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, End User’s access to the API (or any part of it) with or without notice.
