Advance Service. If you are eligible, the Advance Service allows you to receive free advances to your Exto Spending Account to help you cover upcoming expenses. Advances may be offered to you through the Mobile App if Budget predicts that you may have insufficient funds to cover an upcoming expense. You may also request an advance through the Mobile App. An advance will only be sent to you if you request one or affirmatively choose to receive an advance when offered. There are no costs for access to the Advance Service and any advance you choose to receive is free. However, you may be given the option to expedite the delivery of an advance for a fee. You may also be asked if you would like to provide Exto with a voluntary tip in appreciation of the Advance Service. Both the option to expedite delivery and tipping is entirely voluntary and neither affect your eligibility for advances in any way. Please refer to Exto’s Terms of Use available at xxxxx://Xxxx.xxx/terms for additional details, as well as any optional fees for expedited delivery of advances.

Advance Service. 5.1 Sale of Future Receivables Through the Services, Provider may, in accordance with this Agreement, offer to sell, assign, and transfer to Parafin as absolute owner the Provider’s future accounts, contract rights and other obligations arising from or relating to the payment of monies from a Marketplace to a Provider associated with a claim (the “Future Receivables” defined as all payments made by cash, check, electronic transfer or other form of monetary payment from Marketplace to Provider in the ordinary course of Provider’s business for goods or services provided by Provider to Marketplace customers). Provider, as a seller, and Parafin, as a buyer, intend that each purchase and sale of Future Receivables under the Agreement is and shall be a true sale of such Future Receivables for all purposes and not a loan arrangement. Each such sale shall be, subject to the terms of the Agreement, absolute and irrevocable, providing Parafin with the full risks and benefits of ownership of such Future Receivables (such that the amounts payable under such Future Receivables would not be property of Provider’s estate in the event of Provider bankruptcy). Provider, as a seller, and Parafin, as a buyer, agree to treat each transfer of Future Receivables for all purposes as a true sale on all relevant books, records, financial statements and other applicable documents.

  • MAINTENANCE SERVICE 1. Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same.
