Account Managers. (a) Each Party will assign one (1) dedicated account manager with the experience and status equivalent to an on-line business manager, as well as one (1) dedicated merchandising manager. The work time and energies of Licensor's managers shall be devoted entirely to the XXX.xxx Site.
