Common use of Account Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Account Monitoring. Merchant acknowledges that MAS will monitor Merchant’s processing activity, business condition, financial condition, and daily deposit activity to detect unacceptable trends and trends in Chargeback and negative Cardholder inquiries. MAS may upon reasonable grounds suspend disbursement of Xxxxxxxx’s funds for any reasonable period of time required to investigate suspicious or unusual deposit activity. MAS will make good faith efforts to notify Merchant promptly following
