Accounting and Interest. NCPA shall maintain a detailed accounting of each Participant’s deposits into and shares of withdrawals from the Security Account. Interest earned on the Security Account shall be proportionately credited to the Participants in accordance with their Security Account balances. Any losses in the Security Account caused by early termination of investments shall be allocated among the Participants in accordance with their proportionate Participation Percentages.

Accounting and Interest. NCPA shall maintain a detailed accounting of Customer’s deposits into and withdrawals from the Security Account. Monies on deposit in the Security Account shall be invested by NCPA along with the other funds of NCPA in accordance with policies set by the Commission from time to time in its sole discretion. Interest, if any, earned on the Security Account shall be credited to Customer’s Security Account. Any losses in the Security Account caused by early termination of investments or otherwise shall be charged to Customer’s Security Account. NCPA makes no representation that the Security Account will earn any particular amount of interest or any interest, and Customer acknowledges that the amounts in the Security Account may lose value. NCPA shall not be liable for any investment losses to Customer’s funds held in the Security Account.

Any losses in the Balancing Account caused by early termination of investments or otherwise shall be allocated among the Participants in accordance with their proportionate share of the total Balancing Account.

  • Payments and Interest Payments required of PURCHASER by this contract or modifications of this contract, other than those in Sections 13 and 42, shall be received by STATE within the time period stated on the instrument requesting payment from PURCHASER. Payments received after the due date stated on the billing instrument may be subject to an interest charge. The interest rate applied to overdue payments shall be the prime interest rate in effect on the day the payment became delinquent, as established by U.S. Bank, Xxxx and Xxxx Branch, plus 4 percent. Any such amendment will promptly be notified to each stock exchange on which the relevant Floating Rate Notes are for the time being listed and to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 13. For the purposes of this paragraph, the expression London Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or a Sunday) on which banks and foreign exchange markets are open for general business in London.

  • Interpretation of principal and interest Any reference in the Conditions to principal in respect of the Notes shall be deemed to include, as applicable:

  • Computation of Interest and Fees All computations of interest for Base Rate Loans (including Base Rate Loans determined by reference to the Eurodollar Rate) shall be made on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be, and actual days elapsed. All other computations of fees and interest shall be made on the basis of a 360-day year and actual days elapsed (which results in more fees or interest, as applicable, being paid than if computed on the basis of a 365-day year). Interest shall accrue on each Loan for the day on which the Loan is made, and shall not accrue on a Loan, or any portion thereof, for the day on which the Loan or such portion is paid, provided that any Loan that is repaid on the same day on which it is made shall, subject to Section 2.12(a), bear interest for one day. Each determination by the Administrative Agent of an interest rate or fee hereunder shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error.
