Common use of Accounting of the Contractor’s Costs Clause in Contracts

Accounting of the Contractor’s Costs. Any accounting operation by the Contractor related to the performance of its obligations under this Contract shall be recorded in the Operating Account, regardless of the currency used or the place of payment, as provided in the Annex 4 and the Applicable Laws.
