ACCOUNTING RECORDS OF THE CONSULTANT. 1. Records of the CONSULTANT’s direct personnel and reimbursable expenses pertaining to any extra services provided by the CONSULTANT, which are in addition to those services already required by this AGREEMENT, and any records of accounts between the DISTRICT and CONSULTANT shall be kept on a generally recognized accounting basis and shall be available to the DISTRICT or DISTRICT’s authorized representative at mutually convenient times.
