ACCOUNTS, AUDITS, AND RECORDS. A. The Borrower agrees to establish on its books a separate account for this Loan. This account shall be maintained as long as the Loan obligation remains unsatisfied.

ACCOUNTS, AUDITS, AND RECORDS. Provisions for this subject are outlined in the Cooperative Agreement, with the following additional term, except that, if Awardee has a single audit performed in accordance with the federal government’s Uniform Guidance, Awardee must electronically submit to TNC (within the earlier of 30 calendar days after receipt of the auditor’s report, or nine months after the end of the audit period) to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse (FAC) the data collection form and the reporting package. The collection form must be obtained from the FAC webpage. The reporting package must include the Financial Statements and Schedule of Expenditures of Federal awards, the summary schedule of prior audit findings, the auditors reports and a corrective action plan. If Awardee does not submit the form and package within the required timeframe, TNC will perform additional monitoring of the award.
ACCOUNTS, AUDITS, AND RECORDS. CONTRACTOR shall maintain books, records, documents, accounting policies and procedures and other evidence, sufficient to reflect properly all costs claimed to have been incurred for the performance of this AGREEMENT. It is the responsibility of CONTRACTOR to provide copies of such reports and/or records that the TRIBE may request. CONTRACTOR shall preserve and make available its records for a period of six years after the expiration of this AGREEMENT or until audit is completed and all resulting questions are resolved, whichever occurs first.
ACCOUNTS, AUDITS, AND RECORDS. Subrecipient shall maintain books, records, documents and other evidence, accounting procedures, and practices, sufficient to meet federal requirements and to reflect properly all direct and indirect costs of whatever nature it claims to have been incurred for the performance of this Agreement. The foregoing constitutes “records” for the purpose of this Article. Subrecipient shall preserve and make available its records until the expiration of three (3) years after the end of the project period.
