Reporting Package definition

Reporting Package. As defined in Section 20.21(c).

Reporting Package means the sample reports prepared by Manager and attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, as modified or supplemented as required by Owner from time to time in accordance with SECTION 4.2(e).

• With respect to each Major Decision regarding a Serviced Loan as to which any applicable Directing Holder has consent or consultation rights pursuant to this Section 6.09, the Special Servicer shall provide the related Major Decision Reporting Package to the applicable Directing Holder, simultaneously with the Special Servicer’s request for the applicable Directing Holder’s consent or input regarding the related Major Decision.

More Definitions of Reporting Package

Reporting Package means the special purpose IFRS financial report prepared for the inclusion in the consolidated financial statements of Pirelli;
