Accreditation Incentive. During the time period when the Division of Police is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA), members shall receive an incentive equivalent to $0.75 per hour. This incentive shall be increased to $1.00 per hour effective pay period 1 of fiscal year 2018 and to $1.25 per hour effective pay period 1 of fiscal year 2019. It is agreed by and between the parties that each will make all reasonable efforts to achieve and maintain CALEA accreditation.
