Accreditation Warranty. (a) ARTC warrants that during the Term it has and will maintain Accreditation to the extent related to the Network and required by law. (b) ARTC will notify the Access Holder of any material notice received from any Governmental Authority affecting Accreditation. (c) In relation to the Network, if ARTC loses part or all of its Accreditation or has part or all of its Accreditation suspended, ARTC will use its best endeavours to regain or have restored its full Accreditation as soon as is reasonably practicable.
