Common use of Accrual of Personal Leave Clause in Contracts

Accrual of Personal Leave. (a) The balance of Personal Leave entitlements which have not been taken in any year shall be cumulative from year to year. Provided that, where a business is transmitted from one Employer (the old Employer), to another Employer (the new Employer), the new Employer shall be required to recognise the accrued leave of Employees who worked for the old Employer and who continue to work for the new Employer.
