Common use of Accrued Rights; Survival Clause in Contracts

Accrued Rights; Survival. The expiration or termination of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights of the parties and any provision of this Agreement that expressly or impliedly survive such expiry or termination.

Accrued Rights; Survival. The (a) Termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason shall be without prejudice to any rights that shall have accrued to the benefit of a Party prior to such termination or expiration (including any amounts payable by either Party in accordance with the terms hereof with respect to periods prior to such termination or expiration), nor will expiration or termination of this Agreement shall be without prejudice preclude either Party from pursuing all rights and remedies it may have under this Agreement, at law or in equity, with respect to the accrued rights of the parties and any provision breach of this Agreement that expressly or impliedly survive such expiry or terminationAgreement.
