Accrued Salary, Vacation and Other Obligations and Benefits. All salary, accrued vacation, and any other amount earned, accrued or owing to Executive but not yet paid through the Termination Date shall be paid to Executive as soon as is administratively practicable following such Termination Date in accordance with the Company’s customary payroll procedures. The Executive shall also be entitled to benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans, programs and arrangements of the Company and its affiliates.

  • Accrued Salary and Vacation On the Separation Date, the Company will pay you all accrued salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Separation Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. You will receive these payments regardless of whether or not you sign this Agreement.

  • Severance Payments; Salary and Benefits The Company agrees to provide Employee with the severance payments and benefits described in Section 4(b) of the Employment Agreement, payable at the times set forth in, and subject to the terms and conditions of, the Employment Agreement.
