Accumulation of Special Leave Credits. An employee shall earn special leave credits up to a maximum of thirty (30) days at the rate of three-fifths (3/5) day for each calendar month in which he/she receives pay for at least ten (10) days. As credits are used, they may continue to be earned up to the maximum.
