ACCUMULATION UNIT VALUE. The initial Accumulation Unit Value for the Money Market Sub-Account was set at $1.00. The initial Accumulation Unit Value for each of the other Sub-Accounts was set at $10.00. After that, the Accumulation Unit Value at the end of each Valuation Period is the Accumulation Unit Value as of the end of the prior Valuation Period multiplied by the Net Investment Factor. The Net Investment Factor is described below. The Accumulation Unit Values will vary as a result of the varying investment experience of the Funds.
