Common use of Accuracy of Data Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Data. (a) PHARMACY shall be responsible for the accuracy, integrity, completeness and timeliness of data and information submitted by PHARMACY to SOUTHERN SCRIPTS as a result of the provision of Covered Prescription Services to Members, and for any errors in or with respect to such data or information. (b) PHARMACY shall be required to correct any errors or inaccuracies in any such data or information within a reasonable period of time. (c) PHARMACY shall immediately notify SOUTHERN SCRIPTS of any payment made in error.
