Accuracy of End User Data Provided to Dwolla. You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete end user data as required or requested by Xxxxxx for the purposes of providing you the Dwolla Platform Services. In particular, you must ensure that end users are properly identified and classified as personal or business end users. Business end users may not conduct any transactions for personal, family, or household purposes. Dwolla may require you to collect and provide additional information to enable the Dwolla-Enabled Services for an end user and you agree to provide such information. You must use commercially reasonable efforts to verify that any end user data that you provide to Dwolla is accurate and complete.
