Common use of Accuracy of Information Furnished Clause in Contracts

Accuracy of Information Furnished. No representation, statement or information contained in this Agreement (including, without limitation, the various Schedules attached hereto) or any agreement executed in connection herewith or in any certificate delivered pursuant hereto or thereto or made or furnished to the Sellers or their representatives by Brassie, contains or shall contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omits or shall omit any material fact necessary to make the information contained therein not misleading.
