Common use of ACDBE Participation Clause in Contracts

ACDBE Participation. The Contractor has proposed to meet the Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) goal of twenty-five percent (25%) participation through its joint venture with an Authority-certified ACDBE. The Contractor has promised that the ACDBE participation in the contract shall be not less than twenty-five percent (25%) during the operation period of the contract and that the ACDBEs will receive not less than a twenty-five percent (25%) share of the Management Fee commensurate with the ACDBEs’ contributions and responsibilities as specified in the joint venture agreement and subcontracts. The type, quantity and nature of the participation shall be as described in the Contractor's proposal attached as Exhibit D-1. The Contractor shall ensure that every reasonable opportunity is offered to expand their roles in the Contract in those operational areas deemed appropriate.
