ACHP Responsibilities. 1. The ACHP shall be notified of findings of adverse effect by the applicable lead federal agency and shall be invited to participate in resolving the adverse effect of an undertaking in accordance with 36 CFR 800.6(a)(1). 2. The ACHP shall participate, in accordance with Stipulation XIV, in the resolution of disputes that may occur through the implementation of this Agreement.
