Common use of Acknowledgement of Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Arbitration. The parties to this Agreement acknowledge the arbitration provision of this Agreement, and acknowledge that no lawsuit may be brought by either party concerning any dispute that may arise which is covered by the arbitration provision, unless it involves a question of constitutional or civil rights, and that such dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the arbitration provision as set forth in Paragraph 9.
