Common use of Acknowledgement of Support Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Support. 14.1.1. Unless otherwise notified by the Commonwealth, the Recipient agrees, in all publications, promotional and advertising materials, public announcements and activities by the Recipient or on the Recipient’s behalf in relation to the Activity, or any products, processes or inventions developed as a result of it, to acknowledge the financial and other support the Recipient has received from the Australian Government, in the manner set out in Item H of the Schedule, or as otherwise approved by the Commonwealth prior to its use.
