No reduction in privacy obligations. Nothing in this clause 13 derogates from any obligation which either party may have either under the Privacy Act as amended from time to time, or under this Agreement, in relation to the protection of Personal Information.
No reduction in privacy obligations. Nothing in this Agreement derogates from any obligation which either party may have under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as amended from time to time, in relation to the protection of ‘personal information’ as defined in that Act or information that is protected by the Census and Statistics Act 1905 (Cth), or any other Act, regulation or other legislative instrument requiring secrecy or confidentiality in dealing with information.
No reduction in privacy obligations. 13.5.1. This clause 13 does not detract from any of the Recipient’s obligations under the Privacy Act or under clause 21.2.
