Funding Recognition. Unless otherwise agreed by Canada or the Province, or both, the Recipient will produce and install a sign to recognize the funding contributed by the Province or Canada, or both, at the Project site in accordance with, as applicable, their current respective signage guidelines. Federal sign design, content, and installation guidelines will be provided by Canada. Provincial sign design, content, and installation guidelines will be provided by the Province.
Funding Recognition. The City must recognize Metro and use Metro’s logo in any publications, media presentations, or other presentations referencing the Project produced by or at the direction of the City, including, without limitation, any on-site signage.
Funding Recognition. All materials produced in accordance with this Agreement such as, but 14 not limited to, booklets, newsletters, brochures, flyers, pamphlets, web-sites, reports, videos, and 15 Program Identity Items shall contain a statement that the material is funded through the County of 16 Orange Health Care Agency – Alcohol and Drug Education and Prevention Team. Exceptions shall 17 include media specific materials such as letters to the editor and news releases. ADMINISTRATOR 18 reserves the right to grant funding recognition exemptions.
Funding Recognition. The Employee hereby acknowledges and understands that the Company has yet to secure adequate funding and until such time as such funding is received has no obligation to pay the salary or provide any other benefit under this contract. Salaries shall begin to accrue as of October 1, 2020 until such time as funding is secured to pay them. Additionally, as a result of the fluid funding situation, compensation may be paid and reported on 1099 forms as opposed to W2; until no later than June 1, 2021.
Funding Recognition. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Province, where the Recipient directs Funds towards an infrastructure project and:
(i) the Funds contributed by the Province exceed $250,000; or
(ii) the project has construction period of 90 days or more; the Recipient will produce and install a sign to recognize the Funds contributed by the Province at each project site in accordance with, as applicable, the Province’s current respective signage guidelines. Provincial sign design, content, and installation guidelines will be provided by the Province.
Funding Recognition. The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that TBEP funding is recognized in any reports, models, studies, maps or other documents resulting from this agreement, and the form of said recognition shall be subject to TBEP approval.
Funding Recognition. Grant Recipient shall recognize in any publications, media presentations, or other presentations referencing the Project produced by or at the direction of Grant Recipient, including, without limitation, any on-site signage, that funding for the Project came from the Metro Natural Areas Bond Measure’s Nature in Neighborhoods Capital Grants Program. Such recognition shall comply with the recognition guidelines detailed in the Measure. The Grant Recipient shall place at or near the Project’s location signage that communicates that funding for the Project came from the Metro Natural Areas Bond Measure’s Nature in Neighborhoods Capital Grants Program.
Funding Recognition. LIP will publicly recognize Metro and the Bond Measure in any publications, media presentations, or other presentations relating to or describing Projects receiving Bond Proceeds. LIP will coordinate with Metro in selecting the date and time for any event recognizing, celebrating or commemorating any Project ground-breaking, completion, ribbon cutting or opening, and provide Metro an opportunity to participate. LIP will ensure that the Bond Measure is officially recognized as a funding source at any such event, and will provide a speaking opportunity for the Metro elected official representing the district in which the Project is located, if such opportunities are provided to LIP or other public officials.

The RECIPIENT must use the following paragraph in all reports, documents, and signage developed under this agreement: This project has been funded wholly or in part by the United States Environmental Protection Agency under an assistance agreement to the Washington State Department of Ecology.
