Acknowledgment of a Security Regulated Port. The Owner acknowledges that the Port is a 'security regulated port' within the meaning of the MTOFSA and that security measures required by the MTOFSA will be audited by various agencies, including but not limited to Port of Melbourne and the Department of Home Affairs, Aviation and Maritime Security Division.

Acknowledgment of a Security Regulated Port. The Owner acknowledges that the Port of Melbourne is a 'security regulated port' within the meaning of the MTOFSA and that security measures required by the MTOFSA will be audited by various agencies, including but not limited to VPCM and the Commonwealth Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development and their appointees. The Owner acknowledges and agrees that VPCM may be required to make directions as a consequence of the Port of Melbourne being a security regulated port and in accordance with VPCM's federally approved maritime security plan.
