Common use of Acknowledgment of Funding Clause in Contracts

Contractor agrees to acknowledge the San Francisco Department of Public Health in any printed material or public announcement describing the San Francisco Department of Public Health- funded Services. Such documents or announcements shall contain a credit substantially as follows: “This program/service/activity/research project was funded through the Department of Public Health, City and County of San Francisco.”
