ACO DSRIP Accountability Score. The amount of at-risk funding earned by an ACO will be determined by an ACO’s DSRIP accountability score, which is based on performance in the following two domains: ACO Total Cost of Care (TCOC) Performance; and ACO Quality and Utilization Performance.
