ACQUIREMENT OF OBSERVER STATUS IN THE EASA. The observer status in the EASA entitles Ukraine to participate in technical groups and bodies of the EASA open for the EU Member States and other Partner countries in the European neighbourhood, subject to the established conditions for such participation. Observer status does not cover the right to vote. This status will not be acquired as regards the EASA Management Board.
