Action Regarding Specific Products. 3.4.1 Upon execution of this Agreement, and to the extent not previously completed, ILI shall cease selling the ILI Zipper Hobo Handbag in Orange, Product No. 32040 (the “Recall Product”) to customers who sell or offer for sale the Recall Product to California consumers. Upon execution of this Agreement, ILI shall also: (i) cease shipping the Recall Product to any of its customers that resell the Recall Product in California, and (ii) send instructions to its customers that resell the Recall Product in California instructing them to cease offering such Recall Product for sale in California.
Action Regarding Specific Products. 2.2.1 Eccolo has reformulated the Foray Faux Leather Journal in Red, UPC No. 7-35854-74670-4 to comply with Proposition 65. Upon execution of this Agreement, and to the extent not previously completed, Eccolo shall cease selling the pre-reformulation Foray Faux Leather Journal in Red, UPC No. 7-35854-74670-4 (the “Recall Product”) to customers who sell or offer for sale the Recall Product to California consumers. Upon execution of this Agreement, Eccolo shall also: (i) cease shipping the Recall Product to any of its customers that resell the Recall Product in California, and (ii) send instructions to its customers that resell the Recall Product in California instructing them to cease offering such Recall Product for sale in California.
Action Regarding Specific Products. 3.3.1. Upon execution of this Agreement, Tomdan shall cease selling the Xxxxxx Xxxx Gloves in Orange, SKU No. 1274-030782404-002499-09-1 (the “Recall Product”), to customers who sell or offer for sale the Recall Product to California consumers. Upon execution of this Agreement, Tomdan shall also: (i) cease shipping the Recall Product to any of its customers that resell the Recall Product in California, and (ii) send instructions to any of its customers that resell the Recall Product in California instructing them to either (a) return all the Recall Product to Tomdan for destruction; or (b) to directly destroy the Recall Product.

Upon execution of this Agreement, Perfect Image shall also: (i) cease shipping the Recall Product to any of its customers that resell the Recall Product in California, and (ii) send instructions to its customers that resell the Recall Product in California instructing them to either (a) return all the Recall Product to Perfect Image for destruction; or (b) directly destroy the Recall Product.

Upon execution of this Agreement, Rian Handbags shall cease selling the Poverty Flats by Rian Dot Faux-Leather Backpack in Camel, Item No. PSPY400238, RN No. 139315 (the “Recall Covered Products”) to customers who sell or offer for sale the Recall Covered Products to California consumers. Upon execution of this Agreement, Rian Handbags shall also: (i) cease shipping the Recall Covered Products to any of its customers that resell the Recall Covered Products in California; and (ii) send instructions to its customers that resell the Recall Covered Products in California instructing them to either (a) return all the Recall Covered Products to Rian Handbags for destruction; or (b) directly destroy the Recall Covered Products.

Upon execution of this Agreement, The Timing, Inc. shall also: (i) cease shipping the Recall Covered Products to any of its customers that resell the Recall Covered Products in California; and (ii) send instructions to its customers that resell the Recall Covered Products in California instructing them to either (a) return all the Recall Covered Products to The Timing, Inc. for destruction; or (b) directly destroy the Recall Covered Products.
