Action Step 1. If an employee exceeds any of the thresholds, the immediate supervisor will review the attendance record to determine that an employee has a problem with use of unscheduled PTO or other time off. Should that problem exist, the supervisor will meet with the employee, discuss the problem and agree upon expectations for correcting the problem. The meeting may constitute a verbal warning.
