Common use of Action Upon Becoming Aware of Defects Clause in Contracts

Action Upon Becoming Aware of Defects. In the event the Principal observes or otherwise becomes aware of any error, fault, omission, or defect in the Study or non-conformance of any action forming part of the Study with the Documentation or information, the Principal shall give prompt notice thereof to the Contractor. The Contractor shall have the obligation to correct such error, fault, omission, or defect in the Study or non-conformance of any action forming part of the Study.
