Upon receipt of a Claim, County shall conduct a reasonable review of the Claim and, within a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days, shall provide Contractor a written statement identifying what portion of the Claim is disputed and what portion is undisputed.

Actions by County Upon Receipt of Claim. 20.6.1. Upon receipt of a Claim, County shall conduct a reasonable review of the Claim and, within a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days, shall provide Developer a written statement that: (1) requests additional supporting data from the Developer, (2) rejects the Claim in whole or in part, (3) approves the Claim, (4) suggests a compromise, or (5) advises Developer that County is unable to resolve the Claim if County lacks sufficient information to evaluate the merits of the Claim.
