Common use of Acts of God Clause in Contracts

Acts of God. Neither party shall be liable for any breach of this Agreement caused by an Act of God; insurrection or civil disorder; war or military operations; national or local emergency; acts or omissions of government or other competent authorities; industrial disputes of any kind; fire, lightning, explosions, floods or subsidence; acts or omissions of persons or bodies for whom either party is not responsible; any change to Software or Internet protocols or failure of the Internet in part or in whole or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, outside either party’s reasonable control. You shall still pay the Service Fee where we are providing the Service, even if one of the events listed above occurs.
