Common use of Acts to be Performed Clause in Contracts

Acts to be Performed. (i) Each Party shall use best endeavours to execute all documents, and do and procure to be done all such acts and things as are reasonably within its power, to ensure the Conditions are satisfied as soon as is reasonably practicable after the Effective Date, provided that with regard to the Condition referred to in Clause 3.1(v) the primary responsibility for obtaining either of the documents referred to therein shall be for the Farmor, subject at all times to the Farmee using its reasonable efforts to cooperate with the Farmor to ensure that the relevant document is received if the Farmor requests such cooperation from the Farmee.
