Common use of Actuary Clause in Contracts

Actuary. The calculations described under this Section 11.02 shall ------- be conducted by an actuary designated by Parent and shall be performed in a manner that is generally consistent with the actuarial assumptions, practices and procedures used by the enrolled actuary for the PG&E Retirement Plan in preparing actuarial reports for the PG&E Retirement Plan, and as may be set forth in greater detail in the Employee Matters Agreement.

Actuary. The calculations described under this Section 11.02 11.05 ------- shall ------- be conducted by an actuary designated by Parent and shall be performed in a manner that is generally consistent with the actuarial assumptions, practices and procedures used by the enrolled actuary for the PG&E Retirement Plan Life Insurance Trust in preparing actuarial reports for the PG&E Retirement Plansuch trust and Policy 74302, and as may be set forth in greater detail in the Employee Matters Agreement.
